We know that in organizations committed to change, and in our interpersonal relationships conflict is inevitable - It's how we navigate and reach for repair that allows us to be more effective in connecting with one another. When engaged skillfully, conflict can become a powerful tool for growth, clarity, and transformation.
Conflict as Catalyst is an interactive and practice driven training designed to help individuals and teams understand how conflict operates within themselves, their relationships, and their organizations. Rather than focusing solely on resolution, this training invites participants to explore how conflict reveals values, power dynamics, unmet needs, and opportunities for deeper alignment.
Through reflection, dialogue, somatic awareness, practical tools and practice, participants will learn how to approach conflict with curiosity while transforming moments of tension into opportunities for insight, collaboration, and stronger relationships.
