Our coaching, training and assessments are all tailored to each unique and individual team, individual and organization.
We focus on weaving the following into everything we do:
Shared understanding
We all enter into our work with varying points of cultural, political, historical and social understanding of the issues we work on or the services we provide. In order to do our best possible work, it is critical that we develop and maintain a strong baseline of shared understanding regarding the who, what, when, where and why of our work.
Good Love Group has over a decade of experience in cultivating shared understanding across difference. We know how to connect the dots, and outline the global and historical impacts of systems of oppression while creating pathways towards collective liberation in real time.
Alignment
We understand that it is impossible to work collectively and cohesively when we are out of alignment. Often, at the heart of any organizational work block or conflict is a misalignment of values, action, behavior, and declared or assumed underlying belief systems. Because of the ways interlocking systems of oppression operate - it can be difficult to cultivate and maintain alignment when we are unaware of how these systems operate. At times, we can be aware of how these systems operate, and lack the practice required to come into alignment around how to best navigate them. Building shared alignment allows us to work in ways that tap into our values and enable us to achieve our goals and mission.
Shared tools
The policies, protocols and every day normalization and replication of our values are the fabric that forms organizational culture. In order to ensure that practices are aligned towards liberation, organizations and individuals must have access to, understand and utilize a shared set of tools and frameworks that create cohesion while enabling smooth and transparent workflows.
