At Good Love Group we believe that conflict can be a catalyst for positive transformation. We delight in supporting organizations and individuals in coming closer to center while rebuilding trust and developing the tools, frameworks and systems needed to live our values in an embodied way. 

Our approach utilizes elements of a 4 step process to guide cultural change work and organizational repair: 

Assess 

Here is where we lean deeply into nonjudgmental curiosity. We engage with those involved to understand what has happened and what is happening now. 

We also review any current policies and protocols to identify what framework we are operating within, and where there may be gaps. 

Using the information we gather, we identify the core tension points and priority areas to guide our work and establish intervention points. 

Stabilize 

We guide organizations in taking immediate steps to halt harm and put temporary practices into place that support the organization in getting some breathing room to allow for the deep work of repair to begin. 

Transmute

In this stage we focus on holistic treatment of the tension points. Looking at how we can guide and support long term healing in the past, present and future tense. This often involves facilitated conversations, identifying principles and agreements, adjusting policies and procedures and making commitments around the type of action  and behaviors individuals are being asked to engage in.  

Tend

Embedding values into organizational culture is an ongoing and ever present need. This is the final phase in our process and involves establishing routines, rituals and evaluation points to ensure that we are able to keep the culture and relationships we are creating.
